Toasted bagel (sesame seed/plain) with irish smoked salmon, cream cheese, slice of lemon and fresh dill.

Poached free range egg on fresh basil leafs (picked that morning), parma ham, full fat brie cheese, cherry tomatoes, slice of fresh mango, grapes and wheat croustillants.

French toast
Fried in olive oil served with maple syrup.
